Step 1:
Choose Your Difficulty

2 Levels of Difficulty: Party Mode Easy to Medium, Expert Mode Medium to Hard

PARTY MODE (Blue)

Looking for a general trivia game that’s fast and fun?  Start in Party Mode! These questions are mostly easy to medium, with a few hard ones thrown in for good measure!  Party Mode cards are Blue on top. Flip to reveal the answers.

EXPERT MODE (Red)

Want to test your knowledge? Flip the deck and play in Expert Mode. These questions range from medium to hard, and they can get pretty obscure! Expert Mode cards are Red on top. Flip to reveal the answers

Step 2:
Choose Your Gameplay

Free For All

Best For Fast, Competitive Play

1. Pick a number between one through four, and choose a “starting player” to read the first card. This number will correspond to the questions on the cards you’ll be playing with. Note: Questions on the same side of the card are in random order (i.e., not ranked by difficulty).

2. Have the starting player read the question on the top card that corresponds to the number you chose in Step 1. Note: The player reading the card cannot answer the question. After the question is read out, the first person to yell out the answer correctly “wins” the card. If nobody guesses the right answer, put the card in a “discard” pile. Answers to each question are on the back of the card.

3. Take turns reading questions by moving clockwise between the players.

The Game ends after the “starting” player has read 10 questions  (i.e., 10 revolutions of the circle occur). THE WINNER IS THE PLAYER IN THE CIRCLE WITH THE MOST CARDS WON!

Question Master

Best For Relaxed Play

1. Choose a “Question Master” for the round. This Question Master will be in charge of running the game rather than playing it. They will need a pen and paper to keep score.

2. The Question Master will go around clockwise, asking each person individually a question. Only the person that is asked the question will have the opportunity to initially answer.
Note: Because the cards are not being used to keep score (like in Free-for-All), the Question Master can read through all questions on a card before drawing a new one.

3. If a player gets their question right, the Question Master gives them a point. If they are wrong or do not know, all other players have the opportunity to raise their hand to answer the question. The first player to raise their hand gets to answer the question. If they get the question right, they get a point and play moves on to the next person in the circle. If they don’t, this process continues until a player gets the right answer (and a point) or the question is discarded (and no one gets a point).

The Game ends after the Question Master goes around the circle 10 times. THE WINNER IS THE PLAYER IN THE CIRCLE WITH THE MOST POINTS!

Teams

Best For Large Groups or 1-on-1

1. Divide the deck equally between all teams (or two individuals if playing 1-on-1).

2. A member of the starting team (chosen randomly) picks up the first card in the deck and reads Questions 1-4 to the other group. If the team members, together, can answer all four questions, they get the card. If they don’t, the card is placed in the discard pile.

3. Repeat the process with the other team.

AFTER 10 ROUNDS, THE TEAM WITH THE MOST CARDS WINS!
